Introduction:
The present general conditions of use are agreed between;
- The administrator of the Europa Cinemas application ("the Editor")
- Any person wishing to access the application and its services, ("the User").
Article 1: Acknowledgement
The purpose of the present general conditions of use is to provide a legal framework for the use of the Europa Cinemas App and its services.
The Europa Cinemas App offers functionalities and services to inform the members of the Europa Cinemas Network, its partners and cinema professionals. The application can be downloaded for free.
There is no need to create an account to use this App.
The access to and use of the Europa Cinemas App is conditioned on the User’s acceptance of and compliance with these conditions. The general conditions of use apply to all users who access or use the App.

Article 3: Access to the services
Calendar:
Access to the calendar is only required to allow you to add an event directly when using the Calendar function.
Collection of statistical information:
The Europa Cinemas App uses third-party services to collect anonymous statistical information whose sole purpose is to analyze the use of the application's features. This allows the editor to better understand how users use the app and to be able to improve it.
Links to other websites and services:
This Europa Cinemas App may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Europa Cinemas. Europa Cinemas has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third party websites or services. The User acknowledges and agrees that Europa Cinemas shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with third-party websites or services.
Evolution of the general conditions of use:
Europa Cinemas reserves the right to modify or replace the terms of use at any time.
The legal rules applicable to the contents and transmissions of the data are determined by the French law.
In order to use the application, we ask for the acceptance of the General Conditions of Use by clicking on an acceptance button. If the user does not accept them, he/she cannot go further in the application.
Article 4: Responsibility of the User
The User assumes the entire responsibility of the use he/she makes of the information and contents present on the Europa Cinemas App.
Any use of the service by the User resulting directly or indirectly in damages must be compensated to the benefit of the Editor.
Article 5: Responsibility of the Editor
Any malfunction of the server or the network cannot engage the responsibility of the Editor.
In the same way, the responsibility of the Editor cannot be engaged in case of force majeure or unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party.
Article 6: Intellectual Property
The contents of the Europa Cinemas App (logos, texts, graphic elements, etc...) are protected by the copyright, according to the Code of the intellectual property.
Article 7: Use and protection of personal data
Europa Cinemas commits itself to the fact that the collection and the treatment of personal information carried out within the framework of the use of the Europa Cinemas App comply with the law N° 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relative to data processing, to files and to liberties, called "Data-processing and Liberties" law and with the directives of the European Regulation on the Protection of Data (RGPD).
In accordance with the European Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016 and the Law "Informatique et Libertés" of January 6, 1978, as amended, you have rights on your data (access, rectification, opposition, deletion ...). Article 8: Duration of the contract
The duration of the present contract is indefinite. The contract takes effect with regard to the User from the beginning of the use of the Europa Cinemas App.
Article 9: Use of cookies
The Europa Cinemas App uses third-party cookies to collect anonymous statistical information whose sole purpose is to analyse the use of the application's functionalities. This allows Europa Cinemas to better understand how users use the Europa Cinemas App and to improve it. The name, type of data collected, the purpose of the cookie and the length of time the data is retained for each cookie are shown in the table below.

Type of data : UUID d'installation de Crashlytics /Crash traces / Formatted data Breakpadminidump (NDK crashes only)
Purpose: FirebaseCrashlytics uses crash stack traces to associate crashes with a project, send email alerts to project members and display them in the Firebase console, and help Firebase clients debug crashes. It uses Crashlytics installation UUIDs to measure the number of users affected by a crash and minidump data to process NDK crashes. The minidump data is stored while the crash session is being processed and then deleted. See the examples of information stored on devices for details of the types of user information collected.
Retention period: FirebaseCrashlytics retains crash stack traces, minidump extracted data and associated identifiers (including Crashlytics installation UUIDs) for 90 days.
NB: FirebaseCrashlytics only stores minidump data temporarily in order to process NDK crashes.
Article 10: Applicable law and jurisdiction
This contract is subject to French law. In case of dispute not amicably resolved between the User and the Editor, the courts of Paris are competent to settle the dispute.
