The LUX Audience Award and Europa Cinemas are thrilled to announce an open call for applications for their new programme aimed at promoting European cinema and engaging young professionals in the film industry across the European Union. This initiative offers a unique opportunity for professional growth through comprehensive training and networking.
How It Works ?
The programme will select 27 young professionals, one from each EU country, to represent and promote the LUX Audience Award at both national and European levels. These participants will be invited to attend a fully funded programme in Strasbourg from September 16-19, 2024. The event will culminate in the official announcement of the nominated films at the European Parliament, providing an unparalleled experience in the heart of European cinema and politics.
Who Can Apply?
1. Young professionals working at cinemas in programming, communication, marketing, audience development, etc.
2. Aged up to 30 years old
3. Permanent employee of the cinema for the years 2024 and 2025
