Exclusive to members of the Europa Cinemas network, the 4th Call for applications opened on December 1st 2023 and will close on Tuesday, February 19th 2024 at 7pm (CET).

COLLABORATE TO INNOVATE is a flagship programme for Europa Cinemas, putting collective innovation at the heart of the revival of cinemas across Europe. 

To help network members shape their applications and get the best chance of success, Europa Cinemas hosted two Online Sessions (with simultaneous translation in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish) moderated by Michael Gubbins (Consultant, Sampo Media). Network members could raise questions about the Guidelines, the application process, the procedures and rules to follow. See the presentation and the video of the Collaborate to Innovate Guidelines from the online workshops.

Furthermore, the emphasis of the sessions was placed on the idea of Replication & Adaptation, which is at the core of the Collaborate to Innovate initiative (see presentation and video) as well as on feedback from project coordinators from previous editions, in particular on what to look out for when completing an application and budget and managing a project (see the DOs & DON’Ts presentation and video).

IMPORTANT: Deadline to submit your application is Monday 19th February, 2024 (7:00pm CET).
