2024 Applications for the Europa Cinemas Network
The deadline is September 15, 2024
The application period for Europa Cinemas is open from July 1st to September 15th, 2024. It is open to any cinema in a member country of the MEDIA / Creative Europe program with programming that meets the objectives set by the guidelines.
The Validation Committee, which will review the new applications, will meet in October 2024. Cinemas whose applications are ultimately accepted will retroactively become network members as of January 1st, 2024.
MEDIA program member countries:
Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, North Macedonia, Malta, Montenegro, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

First, please confirm your intention to apply to Europa Cinemas by sending an email to your country project coordinator within the Europa Cinemas team, including the following information:
About the cinema:
- Name of the cinema
- Total number of screens
- Number of seats per screen
- Address
- City
- Phone number of the cinema
- First name and last name of the director of the cinema
- First name and last name of the person in charge of the follow up of the application with Europa Cinemas
- Position of this person in the cinema
- Mobile phone number of this person
- E-mail address of this person
- Total number of screenings the year before the application
- Total admissions registered the year before the application*
- Website address of the cinema
* Please consider all admissions of all films, even those for free, even those screened in the frame of an event such as festival, Film Week, Tribute to…)
About the exhibition company:
- Name of the exhibition company
- Corporate status of the company
- First name and last name of the legal representative of the company
- Address
- City
- Phone number of the company
- Mobile phone number of the legal representative of the company
- E-mail address of the company
You will then receive a LOGIN and PASSWORD allowing you to connect to the Member Zone of the Europa Cinemas website.
The application must then be submitted ONLINE in the MEMBER ZONE (accessible from the homepage of our website).
