“Z-Power. Young people back to the movies” is a training initiative for young people aged 11 to 21 eager to promote European films on the big screen.
This project, involving a network of 12 cinemas, focuses on the intergenerational dialogue between young audiences and adult audiences. Through a series of actions aimed at creating bridges between these generations of spectators, "Z-Power" pursues the objective of enhancing audience turnover.
Each partner cinema invites a group of 10 to 15 young programmers, coordinated by a tutor, to select a film program. These young people are then invited to organize a series of discussions with the audience.
This project, by offering a series of trainings, is also a way to give exhibitors new tools to involve young people.
