Let's Start from 0+! introduces a new initiative for young parents and their children up to 7 years old, with specific programming for different age groups starting with babies 0+ and their parents on parental leave, followed by workshops for children up to 2, 3-4, and 5-7 years old.
The initiative is inspired by research showing that 85-90% of brain development happens from birth to age five, making it a crucial time to introduce children to new experiences. The project aims to provide an alternative content that engages children while teaching them to follow a story and expand their imagination.
The project also aims to offer a membership catch up programme for parents on missed European titles, and a VOD programme with screenings followed by interactive workshops.
With parenting, regular cinema-goers may find it harder to visit the cinema as often. By offering a programme that caters specifically to families with young children, the project seeks to bridge this gap and create a space where parents and children can enjoy quality content together.
